Janice Pigga, originally from central Pennsylvania, relocated to the Lehigh Valley in 2005.

With a Master’s in Education, Janice began her career at Lafayette College, curating a diverse range of programming, from intramural sports to large-scale concerts and comedy events.

In 2016, Janice seamlessly transitioned her negotiation and organizational skills into the world of real estate, selling 35 homes in her first year. Since then, she has closed over 250 transactions and achieved nearly $80 million in sales. Janice has developed a strong niche in estate sales, working closely with families navigating the emotional and logistical complexities of selling a home after the loss of a loved one. She brings compassion, clarity, and expert guidance to every step of the process, helping to relieve stress during a difficult time.

In her leisure moments, Janice enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Jackson. She also loves her mini-dachshund, Kona—who often makes cameos in her real estate videos—and stays active teaching fitness classes and playing tennis and pickleball throughout the region.
